    Promotional Period: 11 November – 30 November 2026

    These Terms & Conditions apply to PuraU's Black Friday 2026 Sale. By placing an order during the promotional period, customers acknowledge the conditions of the promotion, subject to their rights under Australian Consumer Law.

    1. Sale Period

    The PuraU Black Friday Sale runs from 11 November 2026 to 30 November 2026, with the exact commencement and conclusion times to be communicated through PuraU's official marketing channels and website.

    All advertised promotional times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), unless otherwise specified.

    Selected offers, including 24-hour deals and flash sales, may run for shorter periods as advertised.

    2. Discounts & Promotional Pricing

    • Save up to 64% off during the Black Friday promotional period.

    • Discounts vary across individual products, bundles and selected promotional offers.

    • The maximum advertised saving of 64% applies to selected eligible products or bundles only.

    • Promotional pricing is valid only during the applicable advertised offer period.

    • Discounts cannot be retrospectively applied to purchases made before or after the relevant promotional period.

    • All promotional offers are subject to any specific conditions communicated with the offer.

    3. Discount Codes

    • Additional promotional discount codes are not valid during the Black Friday Sale unless expressly stated otherwise.

    • Welcome codes, influencer codes, referral codes and other promotional discount codes cannot be combined with Black Friday pricing.

    • Multiple promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly advertised.

    4. 24-Hour Deals & Flash Sales

    Throughout the Black Friday promotional period, PuraU may offer exclusive 24-hour deals, flash sales and limited-time promotions.

    • Each offer is valid strictly within its advertised timeframe.

    • A 24-hour deal will run for the specific 24-hour period communicated by PuraU.

    • Once a promotional period has ended, the offer expires and cannot be redeemed retrospectively.

    • Limited-time offers are subject to allocated stock availability and may sell out before the advertised end time.

    • Products purchased outside the promotional timeframe will be charged at the applicable price displayed at the time of purchase.

    • Additional conditions or purchase limits may apply where communicated with the offer.

    5. Free Gifts & Gift With Purchase Promotions

    PuraU may offer complimentary gifts, bonus products or gift-with-purchase promotions throughout the sale.

    • Eligibility requirements will vary depending on the specific promotion.

    • Certain gifts may require a minimum order value, qualifying product purchase or other advertised conditions.

    • Free gifts are available only while allocated promotional stock lasts.

    • Unless otherwise stated, only one of each advertised free gift is available per qualifying order.

    • Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or an alternative product at the customer's request.

    • Where a free gift becomes unavailable after an eligible order has been placed, PuraU will contact the affected customer regarding an appropriate resolution.

    • Any applicable consumer rights relating to promotional gifts remain unaffected.

    6. Preorders & Stock Availability

    Selected products and bundles may be available for preorder during the Black Friday Sale.

    • Preorder products will have their estimated availability or dispatch timeframe communicated on the relevant product page or at checkout.

    • If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will be held and dispatched together once all items are available.

    • Orders containing preorder items are not subject to the standard Black Friday dispatch timeframe until all items become available.

    • Preorder arrival dates are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, freight, customs or unforeseen supply-chain delays.

    • In the event of a significant delay or stock availability issue, PuraU will provide relevant updates and offer remedies where required by Australian Consumer Law.

    Customers are encouraged to review preorder information carefully before purchasing.

    7. Order Processing & Dispatch

    Due to the significantly increased order volumes expected during the Black Friday Sale, customers should allow approximately 5–10 business days for order processing and dispatch.

    Please note:

    • This timeframe refers to the time required to process, pack and dispatch orders from our warehouse.

    • Shipping transit times are additional and vary depending on location and shipping provider.

    • Business days exclude weekends and Queensland public holidays.

    • Orders containing preorder products will be dispatched once all items in the order are available.

    • Tracking information will be provided when a shipping label is generated or an order is prepared for dispatch. Tracking may not update until the parcel has been collected and scanned by the shipping provider.

    • If material dispatch delays occur, PuraU will communicate updates to affected customers as reasonably practicable.

    We appreciate our customers' patience and understanding during this particularly busy promotional period.

    8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

    Due to the high volume of orders during the Black Friday Sale, requests to modify, combine or cancel orders may not be possible once fulfilment has commenced.

    Customers wishing to request changes should contact PuraU's customer support team as soon as possible.

    Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund or other rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

    9. Returns & Refunds

    All Black Friday purchases are subject to PuraU's standard returns policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

    • Change-of-mind returns are subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions outlined in PuraU's published returns policy.

    • Promotional pricing does not affect customers' statutory consumer guarantees.

    • Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where required under Australian Consumer Law.

    • Customers experiencing an issue with their order should contact PuraU's customer support team for assistance.

    10. Pricing Errors & Technical Issues

    PuraU takes reasonable care to ensure all promotional pricing, discounts and product information are displayed accurately.

    If a genuine technical, typographical or pricing error occurs, PuraU will assess the affected transaction and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable Australian law.

    Any required refunds will be processed in accordance with customers' statutory rights.

    11. General Conditions

    • All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.

    • Black Friday promotions apply to purchases made through PuraU's official website unless otherwise advertised.

    • Individual promotions may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, purchase limits or specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

    • PuraU may amend future promotional offers, correct errors or withdraw an offer where legally permitted.

    • Any changes to promotional conditions will not retrospectively remove customers' existing statutory rights.
