Return Policy

 

Returns: Outside of our money back guarantee, products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrectly shipped
  • Faulty product

If your item meets this criteria, please note the following:

  • Email support@purau.com.au to organise a return;
  • You cover the shipping cost of the return to us;
  • We will process a refund once we receive your item;
  • Original order shipping costs are not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • If your parcel is returned to us due to being unclaimed (RTS), a $25 handling fee will be deducted. This is a flat fee charged to us by our freight partners.

To process a refund, please contact us at support@purau.com.au. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the stock and managed within 5 business days.  Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be cleared by your nominated bank. International returns may take longer depending on transit return.
