What happens if I enter an incomplete or incorrect address at checkout?

If you happen to enter an incomplete or incorrect address while checking out your parcel may be undeliverable and will be returned back to us. In this case, we are able to have it re-shipped with a re-shipping fee of $10 AUD. PuraU are not held liable if you enter an incomplete or incorrect address. If you notice your incorrect address after check out, please email support@purau.com.au ASAP and we can have this fixed before dispatch.

What happens if I fail to collect my parcel?

If the parcel was unable to be delivered and is not collected from your local post office within 14 days, it will be returned back to us. If you wish to have it re-shipped we can do so with a re-shipping fee of $10 AUD. PuraU are not held liable for parcels that have failed to be collected.
