How to qualify:

2. Take biweekly (twice weekly) progress photos to track your progress.
3. Evaluate your progress after 60 days and if there has been no improvement reach out to us via email email@example.com.
*Please keep in mind that this is a 'Satisfaction' Guarantee. Meaning, if after reviewing your individual situation our team feel you would require a longer treatment this is what we will recommend and encourage. Because after all, we want to get you RESULTS!
If you meet the terms & conditions above and you want to opt for the Satisfaction Guarantee, here’s exactly what you need to do:
- Contact our friendly customer care support members at firstname.lastname@example.org and supply your biweekly time-stamped progress photos (this is required to move forward with the enquiry)
- Once we receive your enquiry, one of our friendly support team will respond with their recommendations in 1-3 business days
- If returning stock, it is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we highly recommend you opt for tracking for delivery verification purposes, as we will not be held accountable for items not received.
- All refunds are processed via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
- Depending on the original payment method, refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
- If you have purchased a Reset Bundle and have not completed the full protocol of the Inside & Out Gut Program but request a refund unfortunately you will not qualify for the guarantee.
- We must receive your enquiry within 60 days of the date you receive your order.
- All refunds are processed excluding any shipping costs.
- Satisfaction Guarantee claims will only be valid on your first purchase with us. Repeat orders will not be refundable under the PuraU Satisfaction Guarantee policy.
