Return Policy

Returns: Outside of our money back satisfaction guarantee, products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery only in the following circumstances:

• Damaged in transit
• Incorrectly shipped
• Faulty product

To process a refund, please contact us at support@purau.com.au. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the stock and managed within 72 hours.  Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be cleared by your nominated bank.  International returns may take longer depending on transit return.
