What gut health care do I follow now that I’ve taken my HappyGut kit?

Now that you have “rebooted” your gut, we recommend taking daily probiotics to maintain the good bacteria. We will be releasing our RESTORE probiotic capsules in the coming months for you to take DAILY and we couldn't be more excited! Keep your eyes peeled on our socials for more details. Why are the capsules in the RESTORE bottle a lot smaller compared to the capsules in REPAIR and REPLENISH?

The RESTORE capsules are smaller in size due to the fact that each probiotic strain is in its highest concentrated form and has no added fillers. Our manufacturer gave us the option of increasing the size of the capsules, however, this meant adding more excipient (fillers). We decided against this option as we did not want to compromise on quality and wanted to provide the highest quality product to our customers.

Is there a specific diet I should follow while taking my HappyGut kit?

Unfortunately we do not offer nutritional advice. We recommend heading over to Nutrition Australia or doing your own research regarding nutrient-rich and diverse foods to fuel your gut microbiota. Seeking nutritional advice from a professional may be worthwhile if you are wanting to get the most out of your HappyGut Kit. How long does shipping take?

We have partnered with Australia Post for a smooth and efficient delivery service. We guarantee same day dispatch on ALL orders before 3pm AEDT. During busy periods, such as launches, please allow us extra time to dispatch your order due to the high volume of orders being placed. Can I take HappyGut while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We do not recommend taking the HappyGut cleanse while pregnant or breastfeeding as several ingredients are not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Always consult your healthcare professional before commencing any herbal treatments or remedies.


Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, as per health regulations, we are unable to accept any returns for our products due to a change of mind. Please consult your healthcare professional and ensure that this product is right for you before purchasing.


As per Australian Consumer Law, PuraU will accept a product return and provide an exchange, repair or refund (where applicable) if: 

  • The product received is faulty or not of acceptable quality OR the product is unsafe and the customer can present adequate proof of purchase.

In the event a product fault is deemed as a result of misuse or neglect, PuraU reserves the rights to not offer an exchange, repair or refund.

Will HappyGut help skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis and eczema?

Absolutely! The health of our skin is a reflection of within. Our HappyGut cleanse aims to not just assist with gut health issues but also aid our overall health and well-being. Specifically, one of our HERO ingredients ZINC has been shown to assist with skin conditions including acne, psoriasis, and eczema due to its ability to aid oil production and the formation of collagen

Is the HappyGut Kit vegan friendly?

Yes, our HappyGut product is vegan friendly.

Who can take the HappyGut kit?

Our product HappyGut is recommended for anyone experiencing digestive discomfort such as bloating, indigestion, gassiness, diarrhoea, constipation, IBS and other inflammatory conditions. We also highly recommend HappyGut for anyone experiencing skin concerns including acne, psoriasis, eczema and dermatitis as our skin is a reflection of within. HappyGut is also perfect for anyone simply wanting to take control of their health and wellbeing. Please consult your healthcare professional prior to commencing HappyGut if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have an existing medical condition. This product is not recommended for children.

Should I take the capsules on an empty stomach or with meals?

Take 1 x each capsule, 3 times daily with meals or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Where is the HappyGut Kit made?

All PuraU products are proudly formulated and made in Australia from plant-based ingredients.
